Obituary for William Troy Vaught

WILLIAM TROY VAUGHT, of Holiday Island, Arkansas, was born December 16, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois to William and Eva (Ware) Vaught. He departed this life Tuesday, February 5, 2019 in Holiday Island at the age of 69.

William served in the United States Army and was a Vietnam veteran. He enjoyed being outdoors and loved going kayaking with his friends.

On January 3, 2000, he was united in marriage with Monika Gerda (Fritze) Vaught, who survives him of the home. He is also survived by two sons, Jeremy Vaught and his wife, Joelle, of Kentucky and Jared Donegian of Indiana; two daughters, Brianne Vaught of Illinois and Carol August and her husband, Dan, of Illinois; mother, Eva Vaught of Illinois; two brothers, Rob Vaught of Illinois and Ron Vaught of Illinois; one sister, Barbara of Colorado; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; many other relatives, loved ones and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, William and one brother, Roger Vaught.
