Obituary for Evelyn Sue Elmore

Evelyn Sue Elmore, of Berryville, Arkansas, born on August 6, 1944, the daughter of Elbert and Opal (Jennings) Howerton, departed this life on Monday, March 9, 2020 in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 75.

September 14, 1962 Sue was united in marriage to Joel Keith Elmore they enjoyed traveling together. She also enjoyed being around her family, grandkids and great great grandchildren.

Sue is survived by her children Brian Keith Elmore of Berryville, Alisha Dawn Elmore of Berryville; grandchildren Colton Divine of Lamar, Missouri, Jordan Parton and fiancé Morgan Holzer of Nashville, Tennessee, Cameron Keith Elmore and Brittney Elmore of Elkins, Chelsey Grace Elmore of Scotland, Jessica Ann Elmore of Springfield; one great grandchild Gentry Keith Elmore; brother Terry Howerton and wife Donna of Berryville; sister-in-law Gayla Newberry and husband Steve of Green Forest; along with several nieces, nephews, host of friends and loved ones.

She is preceded in death by her husband and parents.

Graveside service will be 2:00 pm, Thursday March 12, 2020 at Carrollton Cemetery with Bro. Larry Montgomery officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Carrollton Cemetery Fund, c/o Gayla Newberry, 1060 CR 802, Green Forest, AR. 72638. Arrangements are under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service.
